As hospitals work through the busy St Patrick’s week period, the need to maintain blood stocks in advance is especially important.
2026 has seen a spike in demand for blood.
The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is asking donors both existing & first time to attend this Kilrush Clinic.
A strong turnout now will help ensure hospitals have the blood supplies they need over the coming weeks around St Patrick’s Day.
